At Aperte, we are also clear on our pricing:

• Default rate for consultancy, development and maintenance: €90/hour
• In the case of open source software development (OSI-compliant license): 5% discount

For projects over the course of more than a few weeks Aperte usually works with fixed-price offers. For a fixed number of maintenance and support hours Aperte offers a lower hourly rate depending on the required SLA. Ask for the possibilities.

For an initial conversation and the initial quote Aperte normally doesn’t charge a fee. If the quote requires a significant amount of analysis this will be made clear during the initial conversation. The hours for analysis in these cases are charged.

For an initial conversation in the greater Amsterdam region Aperte doesn’t charge any costs. Outside this area within the Netherlands a standard fee is charged to cover travel expenses. For international projects travel expenses are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
